Welcome to a brand-new year at Texarkana College! Whether you are joining us for the first time or returning to continue your journey, this is your fresh start and with it comes the power to set real, meaningful goals that reflect your purpose and your potential.
A new semester means new opportunities to grow, learn, and rise. No matter where you are starting from, progress is possible. You do not have to have it all figured out on day one what matters most is showing up and taking that next step, one goal at a time. If you have not already, make sure to complete College 101: Student Orientation it is your roadmap to navigating resources, staying informed, and starting strong.
The Student Success team is here to help you make this semester your best yet. Meet with a Student Success Coach to create weekly routines, set realistic goals, and find the tools you need to stay on track. We also encourage you to explore resources like tutoring, success workshops, the care closet, and the food pantry; all free and designed to support your journey. A limited number of T-Line passes are available for students who may need assistance with transportation.
And do not forget to celebrate your small wins, finishing a tough assignment, sticking to your schedule, or even just asking for help when you need it. Every win counts and adds up to something greater.
This is your time start strong, stay focused, and let 2026 be the year you take bold steps toward your future. And no matter what your goals are, remember that we are here to support, guide, and cheer you on every step of the way.
