| View in browser Success Simplified Ask for It, Because You Deserve Support The second half of the semester is underway, and with just four weeks left, we know many of you are feeling the pressure. You’ve pushed through midterms, and now you’re in the final stretch, but remember: you don’t have to carry it all alone. Asking for help is not a sign of weakness, it’s a sign of strength, wisdom, and self-respect. A Chinese proverb reminds us, “He who asks is a fool for five minutes, but he who does not ask remains a fool forever.” In other words: speak up, reach out, and don’t hesitate. Your success and well-being matter. If you’re facing academic challenges, connect with a Student Success Coach, we’re here to guide you, listen, and help you regroup when things feel overwhelming. And if you’re dealing with personal struggles or just need someone to talk to, we’re that resource, too. We also understand that basic needs insecurity is real, and right now, with SNAP benefits on hold, many are hurting. If you’re quietly struggling, please know that we see you, we hear you, and we care. While we may not have all the answers, Texarkana College’s Food Pantry and Care Closet are open and available. No explanation is required. We’re here for you, judgment-free, support-first.
